Signing up was quick and straightforward. Everything worked the way you’d expect, so there wasn’t really anything to figure out or deal with.

I ordered fabric from Big Z, i was pleasantly surprised by the shipping cost. I’m a little biased because I hate when fabric shops lure you in with decent prices and then the total jumps at checkout, but that didn’t really happen here.
The package arrived in good shape too, so I didn’t feel like I paid extra for nothing. I’d probably order from them again, especially since the shipping didn’t turn into one of those annoying surprises.

My fabric did end up arriving and everything was fine with it, but the tracking was kinda slow and not super clear. For a few days it looked like the package was stuck, then all of a sudden it started moving again. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish the shipping updates had been a bit more helpful.

I liked browsing the selection overall, there were quite a few nice options, and I kept getting distracted by different colors and patterns. That said, a few fabrics I was hoping to check out weren’t available, which was a little disappointing. Still, it was a good experience, just not quite complete if you already have something specific in mind.

I got the exact fabric I picked out, and the yardage was right too, which was the main thing I was worried about. No mix-ups, everything shipped fine, and the fabric looks great. Anyway, I’m really happy with it and would order again.

Ordered from bigzfabric.com. Fabric was fine, which was the main thing. I checked it over right away because the package looked like it had been through a lot. Kind of squished, corners beat up, that whole thing.

Nothing was really damaged, thankfully. Still, not the greatest first impression. A sturdier box or just more tape would’ve helped. Overall okay order, just wish the shipping looked a little more cared for.

I think customer service got back to me fast, and they were able to fix a mistake I made without any hassle. Really appreciated the help!

I ordered a bunch of fabric for a project, and overall it was okay. The prices were fair, and most of the items showed up exactly as expected. Shipping did take longer than I thought it would, though, and one of the rolls literally had a small flaw in it. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average.

I ordered some fabric because the price seemed reasonable at first, but once it arrived, it just didn’t feel worth the money. The quality wasn’t what I expected for what I paid. Maybe it works for other people, but I should’ve trusted my instinct on this one. I wouldn’t order from here again.

I ordered from bigzfabric.com because the product description looked like exactly what I needed, but what showed up didn’t really match my expectations. The color looked different in person, and the feel of the fabric wasn’t what I thought it would be based on the listing. I also wish the details had been clearer before ordering. Overall, I was disappointed, and personally, I wouldn’t order again unless I contacted them first to double-check everything.

My delivery showed up exactly when they said it would, so that was a Nice surprise. straightforward and no issues.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting frustrating. I get that these things can take a little time, but this has been dragging on way longer than I expected... just really annoying at this point.

The site was okay overall. I found what I needed eventually, but it took me a minute to get there. Some pages were a little slow and the filters were... I guess the filters could just be more helpful, especially when you're digging through a bunch of fabric options. Checkout was actually not bad though. I'd probably use it again, but it does feel like the site needs a bit of tidying up

The fabric itself was decent and usable, but some of the pieces weren’t cut very straight or evenly. It’s not the end of the world, but when you’re buying fabric, you kind of expect the cuts to be roughly the same size and shape so you don’t have to fix them yourself.

I was hoping for better quality, but fabric felt kind of cheap when I got it. It’s not terrible, but for the price I expected a nicer material and more solid feel

I ordered a few things that showed as available, then later got a refund because they weren’t actually in stock. Kind of annoying, because I wasted time thinking I had everything handled...

Checkout had a little issue and I had to try it again before it went through. It did finally work, but it felt more annoying and slower then it should of been.

I accidentally ordered the wrong fabric and assumed the return process was going to be annoying, mostly because those things usually are. But when I emailed them, their reply sounded straightforward and helpful, so I figured it probably wouldn’t be a big headache after all.

I sent it back and got my refund a few days later with no drama. It wasn’t instant, but it was totally reasonable. I really appreciate when a store doesn’t make returns complicated, and I’d definitely order from Big Z Fabric again.

I got a few swatches thinking they’d help me feel better about picking a fabric, but they kind of did the opposite. They were really small, so I couldn’t get a good sense of the pattern or how it would actually look once used on something bigger. The color also seemed a little off when I looked at it later, which threw me off. I don’t know, the whole thing just felt disappointing and not very helpful. I wouldn’t bother again.
